My dad bombed 3 people with black pudding on Sunday!

He was swinging his arms around in the church kitchen when some woman (Jennifer/Janice) came up behind him with a bowl of black pudding. And he hit her and the bowl flew from her hands and landed on the floor with the pudding splattering onto Father John's robes, this woman he was counselling and Jennifer/Janice's face. The latter promptly threw a fit whilst the black stuff started streaking down her face, smuding her makeup.

Jennifer/Janice: *ranting* OMG! My face! I'm going to sue you until your pants fall off!
Dad: *shooting back* Yea that's what you want isn't it?

Went to Paragon to pick up prom stuff and go for dinner that same day. My dad was quite reluctant to go the place which he says houses "a lot of posh stores with weird names I can't pronounce". Started gesturing toward Yves Saint Lauren to prove his point and then later concluded that Metro's the only one there that's not French and is pronounceable.

My brother still is not really talking to me after 4 days of silent treatment. Only yesterday he suddenly addressed me when I claimed (incorrectly) that 7-11 didn't sell Twiggies. He called me a "stupid git". This, I guess, is progress.

Grad Nite's on friday. Still undecided as to what to do after its over.
Mr Miranda talked a bit about it this morning when we went for the PAE briefing and warned us not to "take over" the hotel on that day [and apparently they're now offering discounts if you say you're from Crescent!] or dress to seduce the hotel staff. It all seems quite exciting really. I think Monica Chua and the PSG have outdone themselves - Mp3 players, diamond pendants and holidays up for grabs in the lucky draw! And they still seem to have funds left over because they're now organizing some "early bird" thing where the first 200 sec 4s to arrive get half their money back. !!!!!

Pea: Hey so is there going to be any booze at the prom???

And we're thinking of getting her a bottle of vodka as a grad nite present.

Got our testimonials from Dorai today. I am convinced she cheated. Some of the stuff in my testimonial looks strangely familiar such as "Jeanne works well under pressure..." Well she wouldn't know that not being around half the time so the only place she could've found that out from was from the CME self report - ostensibly aimed at providing her with a "better knowledge" of her class - she demanded from us in the beginning of the year! And all the stuff about "Jeanne is generally modest blah blah.." was obviously taken from the peer testimonials of Ann and Gwen! Sheesh! So she's just copying and pasting things from a combination of our CME reports, peer testimonials and stuff she previously wrote under the Remarks section of our report books over the past year! *grumbles*

Speaking of which, Dorai refuses to drop by Grad Nite. The reason she gave us, during that now infamous lecture on the last day of school, was because she never "gelled" with us and that she's "never had a form class like this before" (that meant in a negative way) We figure the real reason she doesn't want to swing by is because she just wants to get some beauty sleep to be in top condition for her wedding which is the day after the prom. Oh. And she used the same lame excuse about "gelling" to justify withdrawing our invitations to her wedding! Gwen and Anjali reckon she just doesn't want to book more tables for the dinner or something. There has been some talk about crashing her wedding anyway and standing up to protest when the Priest gets to the part when he asks if anyone objects to the union... *broods* Ah well.

Made arrangements to go to Sentosa again with Gwen this week. The prospect of sunburns and jet skiers will not deter us this time. And we must bring along swimming costumes!
