Ah, National Day tomorrow. Just think. In 24 hours we'll never have to hear Steph Sun's voice over the PA system ever again! ....Well, at least till maybe next year.

Community singing headed by Josef Tan. Ugh. That was a really cheap way to make us scream: "I LOVE SINGAPORE!!!!"

Josef Tan: *very enthu* DO YOU LOVE SINGAPORE??? *holds mic toward us*
Us: ..*very softly* yaaar....*and then some* noooo...
Josef: *frozen look* Ah...oook...*has a bright idea* Well, let's get some representatives amongst you for the... Ms Singapore contest!! *jumps into audience and starts picking out very reluctant girls, asking them to stand*
Now, if you support so-and-so *points at very reluctant girl*, scream as loud as you can "I LOVE SINGAPORE!!!!" The one who gets the loudest screams will be Ms Singapore!!! *gringrin*

We screamed louder for the Crescent cheer than for that :|

And its strange. I've always liked that Indian song but I can never sing along to it. *hmpf*

Wanted to do a wave!

Went out with Clarissa to eat and was cheated of $3.50 - The roasted pork in my claypot was cold and gluey. And it wasn't even crispy, it was like..soggy, disgusting lumps of fat. And there were only 4 pathetic slices. *argh* Ate everything except the pork - which would leave just the rice :| Then tried to make up for it with dessert, Only I took too much coconut milk and felt like puking after that -argh- Wont ever be able to look another bowl of bobo-chacha in the eye again. *groan*

The woman who served me was...weird. She cuts enough green chilis to feed the whole of Tiong Bahru and she can't even look up for 10 seconds to serve a customer. And when she does, she doesn't talk. She grunts. And fingers her chilis.
....

Well. Its 11.50. And so I think in about 10 minutes they're going to burn the flag =(

Anyway.
